1. Program Name and Sender
BluePeak Home Solutions Group LLC, doing business as BluePeak Water Filtration (“BluePeak”), sends SMS messages only to contacts who provide the applicable separate SMS consent. Messages may be sent from one or more BluePeak business numbers.

2. Consent and Message Types
Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are separate, optional choices. You may consent to one, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase. A form may be submitted if neither SMS choice is selected.
With non-marketing SMS consent, BluePeak may send responses to water-quality and filtration inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates, customer care, installation or service updates, filter replacement reminders, and follow-ups.
With separate marketing SMS consent, BluePeak may send occasional special offers, discounts, and service updates.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary based on your consent choices and requested services. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Check with your wireless provider for details about your plan.
4. Stop and Help
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any BluePeak text message. After the unsubscribe confirmation, BluePeak will not send additional SMS messages unless you separately opt in again.

5. Carrier Liability
