We do not collect payment information through our website. All payments are processed in person at the time of service through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your card details.

This information is collected through standard web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and is used only in aggregate form to improve our website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
Contact you to confirm and schedule your free in-home water test
Provide the water filtration products and installation services you request
Send you a receipt or invoice for services rendered
Follow up after your appointment to ensure your satisfaction
Communicate with you about your system, filter replacements, or your Annual Care Plan if you are enrolled
We will not send you unsolicited marketing emails or text messages. If we send you any promotional communication in the future, we will give you a clear and easy way to opt out.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your booking form responses are stored securely in Google Workspace (Google Forms and Google Drive), which is protected by Google’s enterprise-grade security infrastructure. Your contact information is accessible only to authorized personnel of Blue Peak Home Solutions Group LLC.
We retain your contact and service records for a period of three (3) years following your last transaction with us, after which they are securely deleted. Warranty documentation may be retained longer as required to honor manufacturer warranty claims.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Sharing of Information

Service partners: We work with a licensed and insured plumbing contractor to perform system installations. Your name, address, and appointment details may be shared with our installation partner solely for the purpose of completing your scheduled service.
