How it works
Test, explain, size, quote, install.
No two-hour presentation, because the prices are already on the website. The visit is about your water, not about closing you.
Test
Fifteen minutes at your kitchen sink.
We come to you and test your water where you actually use it. No fee, no obligation, and no report emailed to you three days later. Branden does the testing himself.
Explain
The results, while we are standing there.
We go through what each reading means, including the ones that are fine. If your water does not need a system, we say so. If it needs one thing rather than four, we quote one thing.
Size
Equipment matched to your water and your household.
Systems are sized on service flow against your peak demand, not on the square footage of the house. An undersized system is the most common installation mistake in this industry, and it is the one that costs you pressure.
Quote
The written price, itemised, before install day.
Every component, the installation and the total. The prices are already published on this site, so the quote should hold no surprises. If your install needs a crawl space, an attic, an outside run or trenching, the surcharge is quoted on site before any work starts.
Install
A licensed North Carolina plumber does the work.
Most whole-home systems are a half day. A reverse osmosis system under the sink is two to three hours. If you are having both, plan on one full day.
Follow up
And then we stay reachable.
You get the warranty document itself rather than a summary. Nothing about your coverage depends on buying a maintenance plan from us, and you are not locked into buying filters from us either.
What you get
An actual test result, not a sales prop.
This is a real in-home test from a Harnett County home on city water. It is here because it makes the point better than any claim could: two houses twenty miles apart need completely different systems, and you cannot know which one yours is without testing it.
Hardness at 25 grains per gallon is genuinely very hard water. The lead reading is flagged for laboratory confirmation rather than treated as settled, because an in-home test is a screening tool and we would rather say so.
Your readings will be different. That is the entire point.

Why there is no presentation
You should not have to sit through two hours to find out what something costs. Every system we install has its installed price on this website, from $2,349 to $5,650 for a whole-home system, next to what it does and what is inside it.
That changes what the visit is for. We are not there to reveal a number, we are there to find out which number applies to your house.
The fine print is on every product page and it does not move: prices are for a garage or accessible waterline install, and a crawl space, attic, outside or trenching install adds a $399 minimum surcharge, quoted on site before any work begins.

Is the water test really free?
Yes. We come to your home, test at your kitchen sink, and show you the results while we're standing there. No fee, no obligation, no PDF emailed to you three days later. It takes about fifteen minutes.
How long does installation take?
Most whole-home systems are a half day. A reverse osmosis drinking system under the sink is usually two to three hours. If you need both, plan on one full day.
Who does the installation?
A licensed North Carolina plumber. We don’t cut corners on who touches your water lines.
What if my water line isn’t in the garage?
Our listed prices cover garage or accessible waterline installs. If the work requires a crawl space, an attic, an outside install or trenching, there’s a surcharge starting at $399, quoted on site before any work starts. You’ll know the real number before you agree to anything.
Start with the test.
It is free, it takes about fifteen minutes, and there is no obligation attached to it. If your water is fine, we will tell you that.
