We send the actual warranty document rather than a summary of it, and you get it before you sign anything. It is on this page too, so you can read it without asking anyone for it first.
This document governs. Nothing on this website changes it, and the specific terms for your system are written into the agreement you sign before installation. If anything here disagrees with your signed agreement, your signed agreement wins.
Questions about coverage
